Pauline started boating as a child on the River Itchen. She began her career in the marine industry working for Swedish boat builder Storebro Royal Cruisers in Hamble.
After working for marine chandlers and Vickers Ship builders in Southampton, in 2001 she completed the circle by joining the crew at Transworld Yachts and another famous Swedish boat builder Hallberg-Rassy.
When not managing the office at Hamble Pauline is a significant supporter of some national charities and she is a crew member on the UK’s last commercially operated steam ship the S.S. SHIELDHALL, now operated as a charity out of Southampton.
